SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Automatic Renewal

When you purchase a subscription from Kaironova Labs Inc, your subscription automatically renews at the price and delivery frequency displayed when you subscribe. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring order until the subscription is cancelled.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.

To cancel, use the subscription-management options available through your customer account or contact us at info@kaironova.com.

Your cancellation request must be received before your next scheduled renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge. Once your cancellation has been processed, you will not be charged for future subscription renewals.

Orders Already Processed

If a recurring order has already been charged and entered processing before we receive your cancellation request, cancelling the subscription will stop future renewals but may not cancel that order.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped. Any return or refund request for an order already processed is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Changes to Subscription Terms

If the recurring price, billing frequency, or other material subscription terms change, we will provide notice using the email address associated with your subscription before the change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the change applies.
